A Case Study Of The Famous Teacher's Studio Of Zhang Jinhua In Guizhou Province

The famous Physical Education Teachers Studio is an important platform for the development of Physical Education Teachers,it plays an important role in improving the teaching and research ability of physical education teachers and promoting their professional growth.It is an indispensable part of the famous teachers' studio.On the basis of its own characteristics,the famous sports teachers studio has the commonness of the famous sports teachers studio.On the basis of the current situation,the famous sports teachers' studio will be further built and developed,it plays an important role in the professional growth and development of physical education teachers,the solution of difficult problems in physical education,and the rational distribution of educational resources.This paper makes a case study on the studio of Zhang Jinhua famous teachers of High School Physical Education in Guizhou Province,forming the relevant thinking on the future development of the studio of Zhang Jinhua famous teachers of High School Physical Education,and forming the relevant thinking on the future development of the studio of famous teachers of High School Physical Education,scientific decision-making for further standardizing the management of famous sports teachers' workrooms.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,Field Survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an investigation on the general situation and duties,management and related systems,activities,achievements and operational difficulties of the staff of Zhang Jinhua famous teachers' studio of High School Physical Education in Guizhou Province.The conclusions are as follows:1 In terms of the overall situation of the staff,the staff structure of the studio is reasonable,the division of work among the teachers is clear;Compared with urban teachers,there are more teachers in rural areas,more young teachers in students,middle-aged teachers and young teachers in a reasonable distribution,and a reasonable proportion of students in primary and secondary schools;Some students felt that the pressure of learning was great and some of them took on the dual tasks ofadministration and teaching in the school.There were fewer students with post-graduate or higher education and fewer students with senior teacher titles Some of the students to join the studio motivation problems;studio staff clear responsibilities,effective protection of the normal operation of the studio.2 Management and related systems,the studio guiding ideology,objectives are reasonable;the studio rules and regulations are in line with the relevant document requirements,and effective control of students for compliance with the rules and regulations.3 In terms of activities,the studio activities are rich in content and form,the studio activities are of high frequency and provide a good platform for students to exchange and learn from each other,and the vast majority of students take the initiative to participate in the studio activities,however,there are also conflicts in the study time of students,and students generally believe that the activities of the studio have a greater impact on their own teaching work,but for their own research,communication and collaboration,organization and independent innovation ability to promote the lack of.4 In terms of achievements,through a series of activities,the Guizhou Zhang Jinhua sports master studio has achieved good results in training teachers and promoting the professionalization of teachers,it provides a good platform for the training and development of physical education teachers in Guizhou Province.5 The difficulties in the operation of the studio,mainly reflected in the school level for the lack of support for the famous teacher studio,the lack of supervision and security measures of the education administration,some students for their own development awareness.
