With the growing development of economy,people pay more and moreattention to their living conditions, and have higher demands on their ownpsychological level. Therefore, the research of Subjective Well-beingreceived widespread attention. At present more and more researchers useSubjective Well-being as an important indicator of mental health. Forintensive work and big pressure, many high school teachers have somenegative mental state and negative emotional experiences. As the SignificantOthers in the growth of high school students, the high school teachers’mental health not only affects their own, but also affects the high schoolstudents’ physical and mental health, even the development of their life. Soit is necessary to research the Subjective Well-being of the high schoolteachers, making every effort to promote their mental health development.Related research has showed that the social support is an important factor toinfluence the teachers’ Subjective Well-being. Social support has positivesignificance on enhancing the teachers’ Subjective Well-being.This research chose302high school teachers as subjects, and made aninvestigation on the High school teacher’s Subjective Well-being and thestatus of social support by questionnaires and interviews, further discussedthe relationship between them. From the terms of social support, it providedfeasible proposals for enhancing teachers’ Subjective Well-being.The main conclusion as follows:(1)In general, the degree of high teachers’ Subjective Well-being in Hohhotis in the middle level.(2)High school teachers’ Subjective Well-being has significant differences ingender, age, marriage, and wage level variables.(3)The Huhehot high school teachers’ score of social support is in the medium range.(4)High school teachers’ social support has significant differences in age,marriage, and wage level variables.(5)High school teacher’s Subjective Well-being is significantly related withsocial support, and the correlation coefficient between life satisfaction andsocial support is0.519, which reaches extremely significant level.(P<0.001)(6)Through regression analysis, the results show that each dimension ofsocial support has a good prediction effect on high school teachers’subjective well-being dimensions.Based on the above conclusion, the researchers come up with some advice:(1)Provide strong social support system for teachers.(2)Practice management system of democratic policy.(3)Comply with professional ethics to achieve self-worth.(4)Improve their anti-frustration ability to complete the work successfully.(5)Establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
