As cities gradually expand into rural areas,the original values of rural areas are shocked by urban culture;rural culture is gradually marginalized in the process of social development,and rural ethics is confronted with the risk of disintegrating and disordering.At the backdrop of rural reconstruction,the inheritance and reconstruction of rural ethics seems to be particularly important.Rrural culture is the core support of rural schools' moral education while rural ethics is its significant resource,so rural schools' moral education gets to face unprecedented difficulties and challenges.The current moral education of rural schools not only overlooks the education of rural ethics,but also goes away from the rural real life,which will adversely affect the inheritance and reconstruction of rural ethics;however,we also found it is rural teachers that act as the link between rural ethics and rural schools' moral education,for they are the executor of moral education in rural schools,as well as the carier and educator of rural ethics,besides,their rural ethic values determine that they will apply the method of rural ethics to leal teaching activities,and their practice of rural ethics in rural schools' moral education is very good for the inheritance and reconstruction of rural ethics,thus,studying rural teachers' practice of rural ethics education in rural schools' moral education is of great theoretical and practical significance for the development of rural schools' moral education and rural ethics.Rural teacher is the representative of intellectuals in rural areas,so their rural knowledge and rural recognition are of vital importance.However,the change of the cultural identity of rural teachers caused a moral conflict for them,because living in the rural area but with their heart in the city makes them difficult to devote themselves to the rural society,and there also comes the separation of knowing and doing in their rural ethic values.Even though they share a good emotional attitude towards rural ethics,it is difficult for them to apply it to the real teaching activities,and their ural ethic moral recognition is very weak.The loss of the link between rural schools'moral education and rural ethics is mainly caused not only by rural teachers themselves,but also by the ignorance of rural ethics education during moral education activities,but objectively speaking,the value loss of rural ethics also brings some difficulties to ural teachers' moral practice.To inherit rural ethics,it is necessary for rmral schools to attach importance to rural ethics education and rural teachers should play a moral leading role during this process,and clearly recognize their cultural responsibilities as well.In addition,this can hardly work without our nation's policy support for rural teachers,without rural schools' rural knowledge education for rural teachers and without the joint effort of rural families.
