| fessionally train special sports education professional talents who can be involved in school physical education and health teaching,training,competition,and can work in the school sports science research,management,and social sports instruction work","grasp the basic theory and method of physical education and health teaching,physical exercise,training and competition of the basic theory and method".Problems such as weak teachers,lack of teaching infrastructures,lack of textbooks and students’ low badminton foundation widely exist in badminton instruction of the physical education major in college,which hold back achieving badminton teaching goals of this major in college.Most of the badminton college teachers changed their career and have no systematic theoretical knowledge and professional competence in badminton.Moreover,with the inadequate teaching materials and the structure of the teaching theory not being profound or wide enough,the teaching goals are hard to achieve.This paper adopts research methods like,literature and data method,expert interview,teaching experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and discovers the strengths and weaknesses of goal setting teaching method and traditional teaching method by comparing the post-evaluation indicator data between the experimental class and the sample class.And this will provide reference for improving the teaching quality of badminton classes of the physical education major in college as well as cultivating high-level badminton majors.The goal of setting up the teaching method is based on the theory of goal setting principle.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental data,we can see that:Firstly,in the process of badminton teaching,by the use of target setting theory,students can more quickly grasp the badminton movement even skills to improve the level of faster.Secondly,starting from the students actual ability,we set realistic goals togetherwith students,which will enhance students self-confidence,satisfaction and the enthusiasm for students to learn.Thirdly,setting clear,specific,measurable,intuitive short-term and long-term goals can help students follow practice direction and to be self-evaluated.what benefits students a lot is to guide them to study good behavior and arouse their enthusiasm.Fourthly,we adopt the ladder type as gradual goal setting to make the goal’s difficulty growth step by step.It can make the target both difficult and challenging.This goal can help students keep the enthusiasm of study,then stimulate the desire of students to overcome the difficulties.Fifthly,using the technical goal as the main goal,it will help students better on grasping the technical movements,and achieving the teaching objectives. |
