| The development of high school students’ physiological changes,self consciousness and limited cognitive ability,accompanied by the way of thinking,social experience and emotional instability will enable them to have a strong sense of independence in adult society.They are eager for the trust and respect from their school,parents and peers,meanwhile,it is easy to let them produce interpersonal conflicts.Especially High school students who have just been admitted to key high school have to adapt to the new campus life and learning environment.From an outstanding student academically in the junior middle school to an average student in the high school,what are their psychological changes?What are problems of their relationships with others?A teacher working in the school for more than ten years focuses on the students’ interpersonal relationship in Liyang G High School in Jiangsu Province,using the method of qualitative research,through questionnaires,interviews and observation to collect data,case analysis and research,analyzing the causes of conflict and explore effective ways to resolve conflicts through class management. |
