Investigations On The Class Conflict Between Teachers And Students In Senior High School

Conflict between teachers and students is a common phenomenon in educational practice.It will affect teaching quality if the conflict happens in the class.It is a study-worthy topic to explore the causes of conflicts between teachers and students in class,to find some measures to resolve the problem,so that teachers and students can happily teach and learn.This thesis takes the students of four senior high schools of Gansu Province as the research object,using the literature research method,questionnaire analysis method and interviews,in order to know the current situation of teacher-student conflict in class.With the support of these investigations,the thesis analyzes the causes of conflict between teachers and students in class from the aspects of students,teachers,family,and schools.The reasons from students are: the particularity of psychological development of high school students,the lack of emotional needs and the decrease of endorsement of the teacher profession.The reasons from teachers are: the degradation of teacher's professional authority,the authoritarian class,lack of communication and education tact,and teacher's job burnout.The reasons from the family are: outdated education concept and incorrect method.The reasons from schools are as follows: the evaluation mechanism is not perfect and the mental health education is missing.Therefore,in view of the factors,some suggestions will be proposed from the levels of students,teachers,family,and schools.The suggestions are as follows: learn to control the bad mood,enhance the self-discipline ability,correct learning attitude,and learn to respect teachers;strengthen communication between teachers and students,build a new type of teacher-student relationship,improve self-cultivation,shape teachers' authority,control emotions,overcome job burnout,manage students in an artistic way,and form education wit;study and optimize education mode,unit family and schools to promote students' growth;establish a reasonable evaluation system,and pay attention to psychological health education.
