With《the development of core literacy of middle school students》promulgated,the pace of the high school curriculum reform is an important step, history as a healthy outlook on life, values,world view of one of the basic subjects, its subject status is increasingly highlighted. So how to improve the effectiveness of history teaching has become the focus of each history teacher. Which on the one hand, there are still many problems, so in this paper, through investigating the status quo of the countryside junior middle school history teaching in this region, found the problem,analyzing problem, put forward the strategy, in order to promote teaching effectiveness.The author around the research questions compiled questionnaires of four middle schools in lianyungang eighth grade four class the student to carry on the questionnaire survey, at the same time also on the history teacher interviews, the paper analyses the problems in the process of investigation shows, in view of the problems the author put forward the corresponding strategy.Hope to work in the countryside junior middle school history teaching strategy research, can improve their understanding of history teaching, to strengthen the grasp of history, exert the value of teaching history, the history qualities of the students, thus improve the effectiveness of teaching history.
