This research mainly adopts literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, case study method, to Nanjing City Sports Teachers’ rotation and implementation status of the investigation, combing,analysis and summary.Nanjing City Sports Teachers’ rotation basis of documents national and regional documents under investigation the interview to Nanjing city 9 in the rotation of the physical education teachers, including 6 male teachers and 3 female teachers. The rotation has finished 5, before the end of the 4. The rotation of the longest two and a half years, the shortest is a year.This paper focuses on analysis of Nanjing city sports teachers rotation implementation guidance documents, the case of Nanjing City Sports Teachers’rotation, rotation of PE teachers benefits and problems appeared in the rotation process,and explore the feasible methods to solve the problems,suggestions for job rotation of PE teachers to further promote and provide consulting. The advantages are:1 school physical education curriculum and extra-curricular activities more abundant.2 weak schools for talent supply. 3 enrich the content of physical education in weak schools and the teaching style of physical education in urban schools to promote the professional development of physical education teachers 4. The problem: 1 rotation interest relationship is not clear, the rotation after the assessment is not clear, the rotation of PE teachers growth planning is not sufficient. 2 the selection and training of physical education teachers in the rotation system is not standardized. There are 3 of the negative attitude of job rotation phenomenon. 4 benefits are not in place, there is no guarantee of professional title evaluation. 5 special teachers rotation and school sports development characteristics of low level counterparts. 6 the continuity of teachers’ career is cut off. The difference of the interval 7 of Nanjing city has the phenomenon of large rotation of PE teachers. 8 without rotation of the physical education teachers are not familiar with the rotation system, these are needed to improve the sports teachers in the implementation of rotation.The author puts forward some suggestions for the government level and the school and the physical education teachers.1. the government needs to further improve teachers’ rotation system, enrich the teachers’ rotation system in detail, all of the requirements of more detailed.2 .to participate in the physical education teacher’s personal will, according to the principle of evaluation can be set to operate and can be observed in the implementation of the objectives of the school and physical education teachers to develop planning.3. establish and improve the policy supervision mechanism, improve the incentive policy, assessment and evaluation mechanism.4 .strengthen the initial allocation of physical education teachers resources.5. solve the rotation of PE teachers life and other supporting measures,6. intensify propaganda and guide sports teachers to actively participate in rotation.7. advantage schools and weak school physical education teachers reciprocal exchange.8. schools have to pay more attention to the humanistic care rotation of physical education teachers, physical education teachers to enhance the sense of belonging,more attention to PE teachers, setting goals for teachers to provide equal opportunities,and then join the assessment, which is to prepare for the subsequent evaluation of rotation effect.9 for PE teachers personally, to overcome the negative emotions of job rotation,completes the rotation work,always keep on Teachers’ work enthusiasm. Advance of teachers’ rotation system is a complicated system engineering, theoretical research to advance the relevant supporting policies to follow up,so it can effectively promote the coordinated development of urban and rural education.
