Teaching methods and techniques applied to the course teaching, for middle school biology, the creation of a variety of teaching situations can stimulate students to improve students' interest on learning. Knowledge can create suspense and the creation of problem situations to make the classroom more humor. we can stimulate students' interest on learning by means of music, movie clips, stories, living examples and experiments, the creation of the classroom environment. In the course of classroom teaching, the formation process of knowledge, improve students' ability of cooperation and the ability independent problem solving.Regard the Grade Seven of Beijing Normal University version of the first unit test scores as a pre-test and the final exam after 1 years as a post test according to the use of different teaching methods and skills of teaching. The experimental group number is 66, the average score is 63.506, the pass rate was 40.90%, the control group class number is 68, the average score is 64.271, the pass rate is 42.65%, Sig is 0.592>0.05; after a year of experiments, the average scores of the experimental group of the class of 72.403, a pass rate of 78.79%, according to the average score of group class 65.738, a pass rate of 63.23%, Sig 0.026<0.05. The difference is significant that indicates significant differences between two classes. The grade of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, which showed that the teaching methods and techniques used in the study can improve the students' academic performance.The questionnaire survey shows: 13.5% of the students were interested in biology from an early age, and by the impact of television network programs, the proportion rose to 21.2%. The teacher can change the teaching methods and skills to reach 67.1%, especially for the students who like to explore the biological teaching. If coupled with a sense of humor and humor language and body language, this proportion will increase a few percentage points. It also shows: Media, vivid and intuitive teaching methods and skills in the classroom, the teacher humorous language and witty expression can reach about 3/4(74.8%) of the students love the proportion. Thus, students focus on teaching methods and skills as the teaching content of the attention, the key to the teaching effect is from different angles, such as the time,the students, the teaching content and adjust teaching methods and skills. In the teaching process, teachers should carry out teaching activities in biology using a variety of teaching methods, which means that the teaching methods and skills, for example, you can introduce questions, tips and support, encourage students to participate in the classroom, do a masters of the classroom. However, the survey results show that, Dejiang County biology teachers use frequency of the four kinds of methods and techniques used in the process of teaching is not high at present.The results show that the suitable teaching methods and techniques have a significant effect to improve the ability of students' comprehensive quality, not only is learning, or learning ability and language ability will be greatly improved, so the choice of teaching methods and skills for students of education for the students is very important.
