The connection of junior and senior high school biology teaching has attracted much attention.During the cross-phase learning and teaching from junior high school to senior high school,it is likely to meet some problems of linking up students' learning and teachers' teaching.With the continuous advancement of basic education reform,the requirement for students and teachers is also getting higher and higher,and the problem of teaching connection is becoming more and more prominent.It is helpful for teachers to grasp the connection of teaching and make students better adapt to cross learning phase learning by carrying out the connection research of teaching content and teaching methods and revealing the characteristics and Strategies of cross-phase learning.In this paper,literature research method is used to sort out the literature.By using the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates the curriculum connection of four middle schools in Hohhot.The interview method is used to interview the front-line teachers of junior high school and senior high school on the current situation of teaching connection.The content of Molecule and Cell,a compulsory biology course for senior high school,and biology textbook for junior high school were compared and analyzed by comparative analysis method.By using the method of practical research,this paper conducts a practical research on the teaching connection between two classes in the first year of high school.Excel 2010 and SPSS16.0 were used to process and analyze the students' questionnaires,pre-test and post-test scores.The results show that:(1)69.7% of the students in junior high school and 68.6% in senior high school do not grasp the correct learningmethods,and teachers' guidance on the cohesion of students' learning methods is weak.64.0% of junior high school teachers put more energy into cultivating students' interest in learning,and less investment in the cultivation of learning ability.56.0% of senior high school teachers,on the contrary,devote less energy to cultivating students' interest in learning,and more investment in the cultivation of learning ability.Teachers in junior and senior high schools have less communication about teaching connection.Teachers need to strengthen the connection of teaching methods and guidance on students' learning methods.(2)Compared with the content of junior high school textbooks,there are less pictures,more tables,and more abstract concept in senior high shool textbooks.the content of pictures.In terms of the same concepts,senior high school textbooks are more specific than junior high school.Generally speaking,the textbooks of senior high school and junior high school are connected in concepts,experiments and so on.(3)Design and implement teaching connection cases for three types of courses: new teaching,experiment and review,this paper put forward cohesion strategies from the perspectives of guiding students' learning methods,teachers' teaching methods and teaching materials.From the perspective of guiding students' learning methods,new teaching should guide students to use inductive method to summarize knowledge and consolidate junior high school knowledge.The experimental class should guide students to study in groups and pay attention to the connection with junior high school experiments.Revision lessons should guide students to sum up and establish the connection between old and new knowledge.From the perspective of teachers' teaching method cohesion,the new teaching method uses conversation and lecture to guide students to recall what they learned in junior middle school.In the experiment class,the inquiry method is used to arouse students' interest in learning.The recitation class uses the methods of conversation and reading guidance to guide students to review what they have learned.From the perspective oftextbook content cohesion,the new teaching should fully analyze the concepts related to junior and senior high school textbooks.The experimental course should guide students to compare and analyze the similarities and differences of experimental contents in junior and senior high schools.Revision lessons should guide students to use concept maps to summarize the content of junior and senior high school knowledge convergence.(4)The teaching suggestions are as follows: pay attention to grasping students' learning conditions,communicate with junior high school teachers,and analyze junior high school textbooks.The results of the post-test of teaching practice show that students' classroom enthusiasm is enhanced and their academic performance is improved significantly.This study can provide reference for the classroom teaching of high school teachers.
