China has been adopting a new elementary educational reform since 21 st century.In March 2014,Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China defined it is the key to set up “the development of student's core literacy system” as the promotion of curriculum reform and development.For history lessons,not only new vigor the new curriculum reform could inject,but boosting the quality of history teaching.However,there is a cohesion fault in the connection between junior history teaching and senior history teaching,which becomes more and more obvious.The junior and senior high-school history teaching's connection,being the effective path of imparting knowledge and educating people,is carried out under the instructions of new curriculum reform.This article,based on the previous research,adopts the curriculum of Opium War to explore the problems existed in connection of junior and senior high-school teaching and by comparing and analyzing four parts: teaching objectives,curriculum contents,teaching ideas and methods as well as course assessment to offer corresponding advice.By doing this,this article hopes to help improve the high school history teaching efficiency and fulfill the teaching objectives.Judging the whole from one example,this curriculum example could offer advice on teachers' professional development.
