With the advancement of curriculum reform,the phenomenon of "fault" in the teaching of world history in junior high school and senior high school has become increasingly prominent due to the differences in the versions of current textbooks.Through the questionnaire survey of Pingdingshan senior high school,we know that the phenomenon of "fault" in the teaching of world history in this area is serious,which aggravates the difficulty of students in learning history.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the effective connection between junior and senior high school world history teaching to promote students' learning and improve the quality of history teaching.Starting from the educational theory,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of effective convergence between junior and senior high school world history teaching.Based on the reality of world history teaching in high schools in Pingdingshan area,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the first year students of six senior high schools in Pingdingshan City,and deeply analyzes the current situation of teaching convergence of world history in high schools in Pingdingshan area.It is recognized that there are four reasons for the lack of cohesion: Teachers' awareness of cohesion is not strong and teaching methods are single;for students,junior middle school learning methods and learning are used In terms of teaching materials,there are many differences in teaching materials,such as large span of teaching materials,differences in curriculum standards and contents of world history knowledge;in teaching management departments,the evaluation mode of history learning is single,and there is a lack of communication platform between teachers.In view of the reasons for the lack of cohesion,starting from the teachers,students,teaching materials and management departments,this paper puts forward effective strategies for the connection between junior high school and high school world history teaching: teachers should enhance the sense of cohesion,update teaching concepts,enrich teaching methods,closely adhere to the curriculum standards in the teaching of world history,and take the teaching objectives as the guidance;students should strengthen the cultivation of the ability to study historical materials and enhance the historical thinking To improve students' understanding of the importance of world history knowledge,formgood learning habits and cultivate their interest in learning;when using textbooks to teach new knowledge,we should thoroughly analyze the structure of teaching materials,study the textbooks in depth,and clarify the context of historical development.It is suggested that the education management department should carry out diversified evaluation mechanism to provide a platform for communication between junior and senior high school teachers.Combined with the teaching design of the two courses of the establishment of British monarchy in Chapter 2 of compulsory course 1 of the people's education press,and the first volume of the 17 th class of the ninth grade compiled by the Ministry of education,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the connection between junior and senior high school world history teaching.
