With the continuous development of higher education in our country,our university is facing fierce competitive pressure.For colleges and universities,the quality of university teachers is the core of the university competition to occupy the core determinants.The construction of teachers and faculty in colleges and universities is directly related to whether or not college organizations are recruited to teachers who are highly fit with college organizations.The theory of human and organizational fit is the focus of human resource management research,and its theory and empirical research in enterprise organization recruiting is more mature.The degree of fit between the person and the organization is directly related to the effectiveness of the recruitment,and the positive impact of the organization's harmony and individual attitude variables,behavior variables.The lack of scientific work analysis and human resource division,the recruitment of a single standard,the recruitment process is simple,the lack of recruitment and management of these are difficult to achieve the college teachers and colleges and universities.The height of the organization fit.And how to effectively improve the college teachers and college organizations fit is to solve the difficult situation of college teachers recruitment difficulties.Therefore,based on the theory of human and organizational fit,the research on the improvement of college teachers' recruitment is a kind of reference value for the improvement of college teachers' recruitment.Based on the theory of human and organizational fit,this paper studies the recruitment of teachers in colleges and universities,and uses the literature analysis method,the depth interview method and the questionnaire survey method to study the three research methods.First of all,through the literature analysis,finishing people and organizations fit the relevant theoretical results and college teachers recruitment research.And then on the basis of research and design,through the depth of the interview and the questionnaire survey method to understand the status of teachers in the employment of teachers and institutions of the fit,collated analysis of college teachers and college organizations fit data data,to explore their college teachers recruitment Problems and influencing factors of work.And then from theorganizational level of the use of human and organizational research theory from the recruitment concept,recruitment planning,recruitment procedures,recruitment and management of the latter four aspects of a number of colleges and universities to optimize the recruitment of effective strategies.So as to improve the recruitment of teachers in colleges and universities,to improve the fit of college teachers and colleges and universities,and to promote the long-term development of university teachers and colleges and universities.
