The Application Of Adler Personality Theory In College Students' Mental Health Education

Adler's personality focuses on people's lifestyle and personality development,emphasizing individual subjective choice and creativity,which has a dialectical guiding role in the psychological health education for college students.There are many types of research on Adler's personality theory or psychological health education for college students,but few studies have combined Adler's personality theory with mental health education for college students.This article points out the idea that is beneficial to the psychological health of college students from Adler's personality theory and applies it to the psychological health education for college studentsThis paper is divided into three parts.The first part explains the relevant overview of Adler's personality theory and analyzes the application necessity of Adler's personality theory.The second part points out the problems and causes of education in contemporary college students' psychological health,reveals that psychological health education of contemporary college students needs to be strengthened.The third part discusses the application of Adler's personality theory in the psychological health education of college students,proves the help and improvement of the Adler's personality theory for college students' psychological health education.
