The deepening of the reform of basic education curriculum has challenged the teaching ability of teachers.As the fresh blood of the teachers,the novice teachers are lack of teaching experience at the beginning of the job,the development of teaching ability is imminent.clear and definite the current situation of novice teachers' teaching ability,understanding the lack of teaching ability of novice teachers,which is more urgent to upgrade,is an important prerequisite to promote the development of teaching ability.Under the guidance of the theory of needs hierarchy?the theory of teacher's professional development stage?the idea of lifelong education,on the existing literature basis of teaching ability and the teaching ability of the novice teachers.First of all,theoretically explores what is the composition of the novice teacher's teaching ability.Then on the basis of the design of the questionnaire and interview:The Current Development Situation of Novice Teachers' Teaching Ability in Junior Middle School.Based on the field investigation of seven junior high school novice teachers in Jiaozuo City?Xinxiang City and Luoyang City,Henan Province,this paper analyzes the current development situation of novice teachers' teaching ability in junior middle school,and explores the factors that affect the development of novice teachers' teaching ability in junior middle school.Finally,the result of the comprehensive questionnaire and interview provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of teachers' teaching ability.Through the research,the conclusions of this paper are:On the whole,junior middle school novice teachers' teaching ability development needs the demand for practical skills is higher than the demand for knowledge base.In the practical skills,the urgency of preparing skills for teaching is higher than that of teaching practice,higher than the teaching evaluation skills.On the basis of knowledge,teachers are followed by the subject knowledge,subject teaching knowledge,pedagogy and psychological knowledge and general knowledge;From the view of difference point,the need for teaching preparation skills of the township,novice teachers are more intense than the urban novice teachers.Female novice teachers are higher than that of male novice teachers about the demand level of explain teaching content skills.There is no significant difference in the demand for teaching ability of teachers at different grades,teaching ages and disciplines.And the factors that affect the development of novice teachers' teaching ability in junior high school are:(1)personal factors,including the novice teacher's own development needs are not clear,lack of action;(2)External factors:lack of help from leadership and colleagues;there is no support of time and material resources;unreasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism;training activities:the way of training?the content is not appropriate,training is formality.In the end,the author puts forward the countermeasures to meet the development needs of junior middle school novice teachers' teaching ability:(1)the novice teachers should set up the concept of lifelong learning;carry on the reflection of teaching activities;improve the learning motivation and Learn to debug pressure;make the teaching capacity development plan for themselves;(2)serving schools and the government departments should provide the support of time?material and human resources for the development of junior high school novice teachers' teaching ability,and establish a fair and effective incentive and evaluation mechanism,the training activities should be based on the needs of novice teachers.
