In 1999,a new round of basic education curriculum reform was officially launched in China.In June of the same year,after the third National Conference on Education,The decision on deepening Education Reform to promote All-round quality Education by CPC Central Committee and State Council was published,and it was clearly stated: “adjust and reform the curriculum system,structure and content,establish a new curriculum system,and try out national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum.” With the establishment of the three-level curriculum management system,school-based curriculum,a new curriculum form,began to enter the vision of educational reformers.And this curriculum gradually became an important content of curriculum reform.As an important humanities curriculum,the history curriculum has also set off the trend of the development and implementation of historical school-based curriculum,especially the history-based curriculum based on local history.Although various places and schools across the country have carried out many years of exploration in school history courses in local history,and gained many valuable experiences and lessons,there are still some schools that place too much emphasis on the product of school-based curriculum development-tangible courses and textbooks.Besides,they ignore the specific process of development,and even do not consider the individual development of students and the practicality of the curriculum,and do not pay attention to the students' learning status and learning effect.This research is based on the history school-based curriculum of Fangshan No.1Middle School < A generation of honest official Yu Chenglong>.The development and implementation of this curriculum in this school is orderly and comprehensive.This paper,based on "A generation of honest official Yu Chenglong",has carried out a relatively complete study on the development,implementation and evaluation of the history school-based curriculum.Firstly,this paper analyzes the reason and the basic stage of the history school-based curriculum development,reinvents the idea of school-based curriculum development.Secondly,it starts with the teaching plan,teaching practice and teaching evaluation to introduce the implementation of this curriculum in detail.Finally,through the investigation and analysis,the educational value and teaching effect of this course are obtained,and the improvement measuresare put forward in view of the deficiency in the course of development and implementation.In addition,this paper also carries out a comprehensive and targeted study on teachers' teaching,students' learning and students' academic evaluation in the school-based curriculum.The teaching methods of this course in this school are flexible and diverse.They mainly include thematic teaching,historical practice activities,and the combination of daily history lessons.The students' learning methods are no longer passive acceptance,rote learning,mainly cooperative learning,inquiry learning and learning some small papers;students' academic evaluation is no longer just a performance-oriented outcome evaluation,and then pays more attention to the developmental evaluation and the process evaluation.It is hoped that the research can lead to rational thinking about school-based curriculum in schools,teachers and students,so as to provide reference for the development and implementation of school-based curriculum.
