The Role Play And Practice Dilemma Of Social Workers In Family Mediation

With the continuous development of our society,family conflicts sharp gradually,the divorce rate is increasing year by year.The family mediation mode is to meet the requirements of the times of continuous reform,the involvement of professional social workers play an important role in the reform.In the stage of family mediation mode and the working mechanism of social workers role play an important role in the development of family mediation.This research focuses on the background of family mediation reform at present,social workers in the development and promotion of the role of family mediation of social work services,functions and problems.This article adopts a qualitative research method and takes the leadership of 10 social workers,a supervisory teacher and a social worker station leader of Shanghai PT Workstation as the research object.Through these social work education,it has both a social worker certificate and Professional social workers with first-line practical experience,as well as professional supervisors and workstation leaders,conducted in-depth interviews and formed research findings in the following areas:the concrete embodiment,function,and difficulties faced by professional workers in the mediation process of social workers.On the one hand,the specific role of social workers is mainly composed of four sections: pre-trial investigation,pre-trial mediation,opening reading survey report,and visiting supervisors.On the other hand,the functions of social workers mainly include: In the preparation stage,the parties help the parties to overcome obstacles so that they can negotiate disputes rationally,cautiously,amicably,and cooperatively,and reach a fair agreement acceptable to both parties.Second,the protection of fairness.If family mediation is to achieve a practical and effective agreement,the protection of impartiality is crucial.It is not only the voluntary and voluntary protection of the parties,but also the objective evaluation of legal fairness.Third,the practical ability and effectiveness of the professional social workers to mediate and provide advice to the clients during family mediation.At the same time,professional social workers believe that the problem of non-status of social worker identity in the family mediation,the uncertainty of the work flow,and the singleness of the work scope have factors that restrict their own roles.Therefore,the research results of this paper suggest that in the future development of professional social workers in our country to intervene in the familymediation work model,we need to further clarify the legal status of social workers in family trials;to further establish the social forces to participate in the family trial process and mode;to further improve The degree of integration of family trial projects with social work;courts need to vigorously support and coordinate with social workers;social workers need to enhance professional and self-management skills.
