Research On The Disorder In The Role Play Of Social Workers

In recent years,the development of community governance has gradually gained attention from many parties.As one of the important participants in community governance,social workers play an irreplaceable role in the process of community governance.However,in the process of practice,the role of social workers often has a variety of role disorders,leading to social workers being questioned by other community governance subjects.Based on this,the article studies the disorder in the role play of social workers.Based on the observation of the practical work of social workers in Taicang City and the in-depth interviews with 13 social workers,the article explores the performance and causes of social workers' role disorder in community governance.The study found that the current social workers in Taicang experienced four stages:role confirmation,role expectation,role identification,and role performance in the process of community governance.Due to the diversity of people's activities,the complex and varied activities,and the limitations of individual abilities,social workers will have a role disorder in each role-playing stage,which is characterized by role tension,role conflict,and unclear roles.,role breaks,and role failures.Based on this,the causes of the disorientation of social workers are analyzed.It is found that the reasons for the social disorder of Taicang City social workers in participating in community governance are mainly due to the difficulty in unifying the role expectations and the social workers' role in playing the role.There are multiple reasons for the unreasonable distribution,the ideal role,the gap between the perceived role and the actual role,and the negative influence of another subject.Based on the reasons for the findings,strategies such as role learning,role transposition,role transfer,and role education are proposed.
