With the development of information technology and the continuous advancement of educational informatization,the application of technology in education is more extensive.Technology for its material,value and operability and other characteristics provides a resource sharing and cooperation and exchange and other facilities for education and teaching,a variety of technical means become the basis of teachers teaching,technology has gradually integrated into the teaching,showing Normalized trend.The TPACK framework is the effective integration of making technology into the subject teaching system,emphasizing the need of technology applied to teaching.It is a process that teacher according to the actual teaching situation,take the initiative to choose the appropriate technology,make the application of the subject knowledge of individuals into the teaching practice.TPACK knowledge is dynamic,constructive and contextual,depending on the individual initiative to construct knowledge.TPACK provides a new perspective for the effective integration of information technology and curriculum,and puts forward theoretical guidance for teachers to carry out teaching more effectively in technical environment.It is a new idea to promote teachers'professional development.Therefore,the research of teachers' ability of TPACK has become an important subject in the field of teacher education.How to cultivate and enhance teachers' TPACK ability,seek and optimize the path of teachers' TPACK development has become a major challenge for teachers in the information age.Pre-service education is a key stage for teachers to carry out systematic professional knowledge learning and ability training,TPACK ability is the normal quality of normal school students into the teaching post.While the current TPACK overall ability of normal school students is in the middle level.The training of normal school students in the domestic normal colleges and universities is mainly through the study of teacher education curriculum scattered seepage TPACK concept,construct the students understanding of TPACK in osmosis.The TPACK construction depends on the students themselves,but not specifically for students TPACK ability training courses or activities.But because the students their own awareness of TPACK and integration ability is limited,the final effect is not optimistic.Therefore,to enhance students TPACK consciousness,improve their ability of TPACK,and seek the task of TPACK development path is imminent.Through the normal TPACK survey found that the level of students in technical related average below the overall average TPACK of each dimension.The lack of technical knowledge and skills,directly influence the process of the technology integrated into the subject teaching.Normal school students have solid subject knowledge and pedagogical knowledge basis,accustomed to the traditional form of teaching.And when the information technology means involved in teaching,although have a certain understanding of the commonly used technology or tools,but they cannot cope with a flexible response in the specific teaching application,slightly out of puff.Students on the operation of the technology and the integration between the technology,course content and teaching method and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study is not optimistic.Therefore,the improvement of the technical level of normal students,the overall upgrading of the normal students TPACK has a crucial role,it is necessary to start from the technical point of view,the short board fill,in order to achieve the overall upgrading of normal students TPACK.Design-based learning is a way of teaching learners to carry out learning activities in the real learning situation.It emphasizes the process of hands-on practice,which is a systematic way to guide teachers to think about how to carry out teaching practice,with methodological significance.And TPACK ability more reflected through the teaching practice.Therefore,the Design-based learning can provide new ideas for the development of teacher TPACK ability,the combination of Design-based learning and TPACK is an effective means of developing teachers' TPACK capabilities.This study is based on the background of "Internet+",educational informatization and new curriculum reform,based on the current situation and demand and needs of TPACK training for normal school students,from the perspective of technology upgrade in TPACK,Combined with the relevant design-based learning model,this paper constructs a design-based learning model and applies it to the course of " Network Education Theory And Practice" to verify the research results.Aims to enhance students TPACK consciousness,improve their TPACK ability,to meet the demand of the information-based society in the future teachers.
