With the rapid development of technology and the advent of the knowledge economy era, information technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of people‘s social life, changing people’s live and production, especially in education recently years. Affected by the ideas of educational information and require of new curriculum reform. It becomes an urgent need that merge information technology and curriculum reform for the development of education. Actively introduce foreign ideas TPACK caused widespread concern in the country’s educators, the advocate of TPACK believes technology, subject content and teaching method of the three elements as a unified whole, that provide new teaching ideas and thought. How will technology, subject content and teaching methods organic combination and using in teaching practice is worth educators to think about.In this paper, based on theory TPACK, study the common lesson design of normal collage educational technology. Through the research, educated normal college for moment has a rising proportion of a particular group student, including begotten children of the family, children from divorced families and children left behind when they are children, consider to these personality development, ways of thinking, personality characteristics and other aspect unlike the educated traditional college students, should adopt a new education model. Through the questionnaires we learned the ability of normal college educational technology students, Analyze problems and deficiencies with the current educational technology teaching materials and courses taught characteristics exist, use literature research and design-based research methods, principle of individualized and focus from innovative teaching methods, so that it can better fusion with technical and academic content to acting on developing object. From the course content, teaching process, teaching methods and teaching evaluation of four aspects, this paper design a model for normal college educational technology common course, and proposed a case based on TPACK, use TPACK theory in practice teaching, in order to get more scientific research.
