The 2011 edition of "full-time compulsory education Chinese curriculum standards" advocates to improve the students' reading quality,to expand the students'reading range and to improve the students'reading tastes.In our country,since Dou Guimei firstly proposed the "thematic instruction" for the primary school language teaching,a large number of elementary schools and junior-senior high schools began to try the form of" the big unit reading" or "group article reading".Practice has proved that the the "thematic instruction" conforms to requirements of the "new curriculum standards" for readng teaching.Based on the idea of "integration",this paper explores the practical strategies of the"thematic instruction" in the junior middle school by digging and researching the“humanistic theme”in each unit of New edition of Chinese textbook for junior middle school in 2016.In order to realize the reading teaching methods which can teach more articles in a class,to enrich the reading surface of students,to improve students 'reading interest,and to promote the integration of students' spiritual life and text value.The main body of the paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter "Introduction" mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic,the relevant literature review,research methods and innovation.First of all,the topic originated in the internship experienc that author had a teaching attempt about the "thematic instruction" in Shenzhen Huangpu middle school.Secondly,it systematically discusses the research status of the " Chinese thematic instruction",and summarizes the relevant literatures of the subject teaching from four aspects:connotation,characteristic,principle and strategy.Finally,the research methods and innovations are described.The second chapter mainly writes the connotation,the characteristics,the theoretical foundation and the practical principle of the subject teaching.First of all,it explains the connotation,he characteristics and theoretical basis of the " thematic instruction".Then,from the practical level,the author elaborates the principles of the"thematic instruction".The third chapter is mainly for the implementation in Huangpu middle school about the "thematic instruction" to make a survey,and then conductes the analysis of the results of the survey and summarize why the reasons for such a result analysis.The fourth chapter elaborates the relevant practice strategies of the "thematic instruction",and takes the four steps to realize.They includes the strategy for the choice of the theme,the integration of the text around the subject,the practice apporach and the evaluation of the subject teaching.This paper considers the actual situation of teaching and the method of the "thematic instruction" in primary school proposed by Dou Guimei,and deeply studies the relevant practice tactics of the "thematic instruction" in junior middle school.
