"High School Biology Course Standard" provides the main objectives of high school biology teaching,in terms of knowledge and ability to do a detailed request.The important idea of the new curriculum reform is "people-oriented",requiring teachers to change the traditional teaching methods,improve students' interest in learning,stimulate students' learning motivation.Under the guidance of curriculum standards and new curriculum reform,teachers began to use a variety of teaching resources,try a variety of teaching methods for teaching.The advantages of three-dimensional teaching animation in high school biology teaching are gradually emerging.For the relatively minor life process and abstract content in biology teaching,the use of three-dimensional teachinganimation to assist high school biology teaching can play a more significant role.However,due to the production of three-dimensional teaching animation for hardware,software and modeling ability to have some of the requirements,high school biology three-dimensional teaching animation resources there are many problems,most first-line biology teachers this lack of confidence.The main research methods used in this study are literature research,questionnaire survey,case study,behavior observation and experimental research.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,this study summarizes the related concepts,theoretical basis.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper expounds the application of three-dimensional teaching animation in high school biology teaching,summarizes the principles and general processes of three-dimensional teaching animation,and gives the case of "chromosome structure variation" as an example.According to the biology curriculum standards,the teacher survey results,this study screened the high school biology curriculum can teach three-dimensional teaching animation teaching content.According to the characteristics of teaching content,the teaching content is divided into three categories:knowledge explanation type,solution type and experiment principle type.Which explain the interpretation of knowledge and can be divided into important concepts of interpretation and life process interpretation of two types.This study analyzes each type and gives the corresponding production and application cases.After four months of practical research,students' learning ability,learning behavior and academic performance were investigated in the form of questionnaires,classroom observations and final examinations.Based on the above theoretical research and practical research,this paper draws the following conclusions:Ulead COOL 3D,a simple and easy-to-use small-scale three-dimensional animation software,can be used to produce high-quality,high-school creatures such as scientific,effective,necessary,adjacent,multi-channel stimulus and other three-dimensional teaching animation Teaching three-dimensional teaching animation.This solves the problems of the shortage,obsolescence and fragmentation of the three-dimensional teaching animation resources,enriches the information teaching resources,and gives teachers the ability to make and use the three-dimensional teaching animation to inspire and help.The application of three-dimensional teaching animation in classroom teaching and class planning,review and other stages to assist the teaching,can significantly improve the students' autonomous learning ability in learning motivation,learning content,learning process,learning outcomes,learning environment and other aspects of the ability,And can significantly improve academic performance.This study is only a preliminary study,due to the internship conditions,sample size and their own modeling capacity constraints.There are still many shortcomings in this study.
