With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,the integration of multimedia and teaching has become the trend of discipline development.As the main undertaker of teaching activities,teachers should introduce various teaching modes and teaching resources into the procedure of teaching.This puts forward high requires for the professional competence of teachers and teacher-training students.Teachers and teacher-training students should continue to develop professional skills through independent development and independent research to achieve lifelong technology and idea learning.Hippani Animator is a professional animation software.The use of Hippani Animator to assist high school biology teaching will greatly help both teacher education and student learning.On the one hand,its animation production tools are complete.The Hippani Animator software can insert audio conveniently,and the control of the buttons enables high interactivity through the script's code.Its export methods are diverse,whose video and HTML forms are easily applied to teaching practice.Teachers can use animation to present abstract biological phenomena,solve problems that cannot be solved by traditional classroom conditions,and help students understand and remember the new knowledge they just have learned.On the other hand,the visual effects of animation works are flexible and its images and audios can cooperate with each other effectively.Through watching the animated learning creatures made by Hippani Animator,students can enjoy the process of learning,concentrate on classroom,and develop imaginative thinking.In a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere,students build interest and confidence in learning biology.Based on the above analysis,the author took the example of the fourth edition of the People's Education Press(PEP)High School Biology “Cell Substance Input and Output” as an example to study the scientific and feasibility of animation production based on the animator software--Hippani Animator.After applying the animation works to the teaching practice,the author asked the opinions and suggestions of the Hippani Animator from the students and front-line teachers who used it,and search for guidance to follow-up research.First of all,the author elaborates on the origin of the problem,the significance of the topic,research status in China and overseas,research purpose,research methods and ideas.Secondly,the author explains the key concepts and theoretical basis of the study,which guides the production and application of animation.Thirdly,the author made a brief introduction to Hippani Animator.Fourthly,the author clarified the flow and principles of animation production.Fifthly,the author selected some of the knowledge points,such as the method of transmembrane transport of matter in the fourth edition of “Plant's Substance Input and Output,” taught by PEP High School Biology.Sixthly,the author applies animation works in practical teaching and improves the designs according to the feedbacks.Seventhly,the author investigated and analyzed the application of Hippani Animator in teaching practice.For students' post-view experience,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students to understand their views and suggestions on Hippani Animator.In addition,the author interviewed front-line teachers and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of Hippani Animator and suggestions for improving animation production.Through comprehensive analysis,the author proposes the impact of the use of Hippani Animator in teaching practice on teachers and students and issues that should be noted.Finally,the author summarized the high school biology animation production based on Hippani Animator.The research results,innovations,and deficiencies were analyzed,and the follow-up research was prospected.On the whole,Hippani Animator Software's production of high school biology animation has been loved by students and teachers,and has certain value for high school biology teaching.
