Research On Performance Appraisal Of College Counselors

University mentors take the main responsibility for the management and ideological building of students.However,since the work nature of the mentor is complicated and various,to improve the service quality and efficiency of the university mentors and to evaluate their performances have become the essential factors of the mentor team establishment.This paper firstly analysed the occupation and the working features of the university mentors,then discussed the current situation and the existing issues of the mentor performance evaluation with an example of ZT college.The author also brought an idea of establishing an evaluation system which the subjects of evaluation are direct leaders,student affairs department,teachers and students,and the protection protocols in different aspects to assure the operation of the optimised evaluation system,thus,to achieve the scientific and rationalization in performance evaluation of university mentors.The research and the analysis in this paper have the application value towards the performance evaluation of university mentors.
