The ability of educational practice is a measure of whether or not normal school students have good qualities,universities play an important role in the basic teaching skills training courses for normal students.The research is based on the analysis of the status which is about the mastering of teaching skills of normal college students.The practical teaching of micro-video teaching mode is based on the basic teaching skills training course in science classrooms as an example to improve the understanding and mastery of teaching skills for normal students.And using the literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,classroom observation methods,combined with the teacher's practical education theory and learning theory,to conduct the empirical research on the practical application effect of the halved classroom mixed teaching model based on micro video.On this basis,the tactics and suggestions for applying the new teaching mode to train normal university students' the teaching skills are put forward.This article is mainly composed of five parts:The first part: The research background and the research summary of teaching skills for normal college students.Focusing on the core issue of this study,“Teacher Skills Training for Normal College Students”,a review of the current research status at home and abroad was conducted.The objects,ideas and methods of this study are elaborated.From the background,the existing problems in the teaching skills training of normal college students are clarified,and the significance of this research is discussed from the perspective of practice and theory.The second part: The theory foundation of the mixed teaching model which is combined with micro video and division classroom.This paper summarizes the research status of micro-video and division classroom in the existing literature,and analyzes the concept definition of micro-video and division classroom by different scholars,and clarifies the related learning theory and teacher education theory involved in this study.The third part: The practical research of mixed teaching model based on micro-video-division classroom.On the basis of a questionnaire survey of normal university students(subjects)before the experiment,the design and development of the "Basic Teaching Skills in Science Classes" training course will be carried out onthe subjects of the study,and data on curriculum evaluation will be collected.To analyze the practical data from four dimensions which include micro-grid practice,teaching plan design,teaching skills,class participation,etc,and reflect on the teaching effects under the new teaching model.The fourth part: Based on the micro-video-division classroom mixed teaching model application analysis.After the practice of teaching,questionnaires on the effect of the study were conducted to investigate and analyze the problems existing in the model,including the following aspects: subjects of the study,learners' motivation for independent learning,the use of teaching resources,the way of discussing and exchanging viewpoint,and the teaching evaluation methods.According to the questions to adjust the training plan and with a view to further improvement the teaching model.The fifth part: Research conclusions and recommendations.Based on the theory of teacher education and learning theory,taking the evaluation standard of teacher qualification certification as the reference,and taking the teaching skills training of normal university students as the object,to summarize the practical results of the new teaching model and construct the mixed teaching model based on micro-video-division classroom.Based on the results,it proposes targeted teaching strategies and suggestions,which will provide references for further practical research.
