As the most widely used language in the world,English plays a very important role in promoting people's communication.In order to cultivate excellent English talents,our Ministry of Education has listed English as the basic course of primary school.In the process of teaching,unit integrity instruction is the most commonly used strategy.But teachers are facing a variety of difficulties and challenges in practicing unit integrity instructions.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of English teaching,the author intends to explore optimized methods of unit integrity instructions,taking Oxford English book 4B as the research object.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the research,research content and difficulties,research methods,literature review as well as research ideas.The second chapter mainly analyzes the related concepts and theories basis.The main contents of the analysis include the concept of unit integrity instruction and teaching strategy,and the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter is mainly a survey of the current situation of unit integrity instruction,including survey objective,respondents and survey instruments.The survey results will be analyzed.The fourth chapter puts forward the implementing strategies based on unit integrity instruction,including single topic interpretation based on unit topic,single course goal setting based on unit objectives,text restructure based on teaching material,context creation based on unit background and multiple evaluations based on language learning.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the results as well as problem.In the process of research,the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are adopted to study unit integrity instruction of primary English.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the relevant survey data were collected.The results show that unit integrity instruction can effectively stimulate the students' interest in learning and plays a significant role in improving teaching quality.Meanwhile,deficiencies in the implementation were found out and improvement strategies are put forward,which gives some reference to improve English teaching based on unit integrity instruction.
