Research On The Development Of Female Higher Education In China

In recent years,more and more women’s development issues attracted wide attention from the international community,it is self-evident importance of women’s freedom,progress and contribution to the social material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization and modernization,the modernization construction in our country,the ability of women than men,women with high knowledge more and more make a contribution to the society.Under the fierce market competition,the development of female talents is an important part of the socialist democratic construction.Therefore,the development of higher education for women,female talents of national training and selection of high knowledge is the development of the socialist market economy,to build socialism with China characteristics,is an inevitable trend,protect the fairness of education is of great significance to the construction of socialist harmonious society.Based on systematically analyzing the historical process of women’s higher education development in modern China,this paper explores the practice of developing women’s higher education in China.In the study of the improvement and development of women’s higher education,the author adopted a variety of research methods,including literature research,comparative analysis and historical research.The evolution of higher education for women in China are analyzed.Through the literature on gender differences,professional distribution,course setting,job market and the combination of female self cultivation were analyzed to extract factors restricting the development of women’s higher education,combined with the current situation,to further improve China’s women higher education,higher education must eliminate the recessive sex differences in the balance,professional distribution and rich curriculum system in Colleges and universities,to optimize the employment market environment in the society,the women themselves to enhance self cultivation,to promote the development of education in China through these countermeasures.
