Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Local Colleges And Universities To Transform Into Applied Universities

The construction of applied university is the phenomenon that the higher education develops to a certain stage.The construction of an applied university is the result of the mutual promotion of higher education and socio-economic development.It conveys that the development of a university adapts to the requirements of the regional development in a new era and embodies the talent training needs of personnel and industry in line with the needs of industries and enterprises.Therefore,some local colleges and universities have followed the trend of the development of higher education differentiation and actively explored the transformation and development of applied universities.In October 2015,the Ministry of Education promulgated the document to guide transition.And the trend of building and applying applied universities has risen throughout the country.From the perspective of stakeholders in transition,this paper studies the dynamics of local institutions in the process of transformation.The theoretical support of the dissertation is mainly the theory of university stakeholder.The purpose of this thesis is to perfect the theoretical work of the transformation construction of local colleges and universities,and to provide theoretical guidance for the transformation of local universities to applied universities.Papers applied the literature method,questionnaire method,case analysis.The study formed an accurate understanding of the conception and connotation of applied universities and proposed a series of hierarchy of stakeholder influence in the transition from local universities to applied universities.The structure of motivation mechanism of transition from local colleges to applied universities was drawn up,in the transformation of colleges and universities,different stakeholders benefit interaction and interests brought about by transformational driving force.This thesis also chooses Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences and Shanghai University of Applied Sciences as research cases,and they are the local colleges and universities that make great achievements in transforming and developing applied universities.Finally,after the completion of theoretical studies and case studies,the dissertation reflects on the transformation of applied universities in local universities in our country,and suggests that local colleges and universities should pay attention to the stakeholders who appear during the transformation,pay attention to the innovation of transformational philosophy and organizational structure innovation And safeguarding mechanism innovation.
