In recent years,core stability training has been widely used in various sports training.Core stability training originated from Chinese martial arts at the earliest.There is a saying in Chinese kungfu circles: “You will gain nothing if you do not keep practicing Gong everyday”.“Gong” means the basic skills training,which is called physical training now.Core stability training is an important component of physical training.The training of horse-riding style halt and quincuncial piles,as well as storing qi in the pubic region in martial arts belong to core stability training.Nowadays,core strength training is widely used in sports such as ball games and swimming,which plays a stable and sustaining role in body posture,sports skills and special technical movements in sports.However,there is still some controversy about the definition of the specific concept of core strength in academia at present.This paper takes basketball as an example.According to the principle of scientific core stability training and the opinions of relevant experts and professors,the paper also designs a core stability training program aimed at the basketball players' hit rate of jump shot of men's youth team in Shandong through documentary analysis method,interviews and experimental method,which discusses the impact of core stability on the hit rate of jump shot.The general experimental process is as follows: firstly,select twenty basketball players of men's youth team in Shandong.The twenty players are divided into the experimental group and the control group according to their all-around capacity through five-point jumpers.The experimental process is divided into two phases.The first phase: before the pre-test,the experimental group is arranged with the control group for a three-week physical training.Then the pre-test will be done after the three-week physical training.The second phase: arrange the control group to carry out traditional strength training for nine weeks and arrange the experimental group to carry out core strength training and traditional strength training for nine weeks at the same time.The tests will be conducted after the experiment.The contents of the tests include five-point spot-up jumpers,one-minute jump shot of self-shot and snatch,jump shot of dribble and sudden stop.Finally,the paper verifies the influence of core stability on the hit rate of jump shot by comparing and analyzing the results of pre-test and post-test,so as to provide new teaching ideas and training methods for basketball.
