The exercise habits formed in early childhood will lay a solid foundation for adult physical health.Preschool teachers' scientific development of kindergarten sports activities is conducive to the development of good exercise habits for preschool children,promote physical development,and enhance physical fitness.This study aims to promote the effectiveness of kindergarten preschoolers participating in sports activities in kindergartens and improve the ability of preschoolers to carry out sports activities scientifically and reasonably,as well as kindergartens by investigating the development of kindergarten sports activities and the ability of preschool teachers to design and evaluate kindergarten sports activities.The improvement of health education provides a certain reference and reference.In this study,questionnaires,interviews,field observations,and other research methods were used.275 preschool teachers completed questionnaires on the status of kindergarten sports activities.They surveyed preschool teachers' organizations to carry out collective sports teaching activities,outdoor autonomous sports activities,and indoor sports activities.The development of kindergarten sports activities in various organizational forms,combined with interviews and field observations,analyzes the ability of preschool teachers to design and evaluate kindergarten sports activities.According to the problems found in the survey,some specific suggestions and strategies are proposed in order to Provide targeted advice for early childhood teachers in the design and development of sports activities and improvement of kindergarten health education.This study investigated and analyzed the current situation of different organizational forms of sports activities in kindergartens,and reached the following conclusions:(1)Kindergarten sports activities are rich in forms,but the content design is not reasonable enough.(2)Insufficient time for kindergarten sports activities is vulnerable to climate and kindergarten management.(3)The regulation of the intensity of preschool teachers' physical activity is not comprehensive.(4)Insufficient ability to design and evaluate preschool teachers' sports activities.(5)The opportunities for physical education teacher training are few and systematic.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following recommendations:(1)Pay attention to the reasonable collocation of sports activities and activities,and promote the healthy development of sports activities.(2)Strengthen the exchange and cooperation between full-time sports teachers and non-sports full-time teachers,and improve the organizational ability of preschool teachers' sports activities.(3)Strengthen kindergarten sports teaching and research activities to promote the overall development of preschool children.(4)Colleges and education administrative departments are the guarantee for the smooth development of physical education teacher training.
