The Study Of Word Memory APP For The Improvement Of Junior High School English Learning Effect

With the continuous development of mobile learning theory and smart phone application technology,many English learning applications have appeared.The vocabulary memorizing app.(VMA)is popular with consumers because of its flexible and scientifically efficient features.In English teaching,the depth and breadth of word acquisition are closely related to the comprehension,mastery and application of English teaching content.Therefore,many education experts try to introduce VMA into adult English vocabulary teaching.However,there are very few studies to explore how to combine the VMA and junior high school English teaching and how to analyze the teaching effect.Therefore,based on the previous experiments,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the VMA under the guidance of mobile learning and interactive learning theory,compares the difference between different VMA.Taking a junior high school in Shanghai as an example,combine the VMA with the teaching in class and after class.The VMA was used in the class to assist word PK.The VMA was used to organize students’ daily memorizing.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the author compares the different effects of English teaching methods on students’ English learning.Then,the author analyzes the reasons for the different influences.This research will provide reference for English teaching research in the future.This study mainly uses the experimental method.Through the 62-day teaching experiment,the results of the experimental group and the control include four aspects: vocabulary,reading,writing and comprehensive abilities.The results showed that: 1.In terms of receptive vocabulary acquisition,new teaching method is more effective than traditional teaching method.2.In terms of productive vocabulary and English comprehensive ability,there is no significant difference between the new teaching method and the traditional teaching method.3.The combination of VMA and English teaching helps to improve students’ interest in learning English words,enhance reading ability and cultivate good study habits.
