In order to implement the requirements about "state council on strengthening the central committee of the communist party of China youth sports to enhance the opinion of the youngster's health" and"the CPC Shanghai municipal committee of Shanghai municipal people's government of adolescent physical and mental health level and improve the implementation of student health promotion project notice”.Since 2016,Shanghai education committee decided to formally start the university public physical education curriculum reform of" personalized "pilot work,Shanghai normal university as a " personalized "college sports curriculum reform pilot school,one of has to include Kungfu Shan as a public sports curriculum in martial arts classroom teaching.However,its teaching content is not perfect,therefore,it is particularly necessary to perfect the teaching content of Kungfu Shan in Shanghai normal university and conduct experimental research on it.This thesis mainly adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method of measuring method,mathematical statistics method and interview method.Based on improving the teaching of Kungfu Shan of Shanghai Normal University and the experimental results of teaching content are studied from the body shape physical fitness physiology function and mental health these four aspects.The main conclusions of this thesis are as following:1.The main problem in The Shanghai Normal University's Kungfu Shan's the imperfection of the teaching content is not perfect,embodied in that content is relatively single and dispersion,there have none significant different between the elementary class and advanced class.,the point is not prominent.2.The teaching content of the initial of Shanghai Normal University's Kungfu Shan a is divided into the elementary class and the advanced class,include theory and the assessment of quality,technology,the plait,the five content module(indicators),content of each module are included the corresponding teaching content index(level 2),refinement into the teaching contents and teaching schedule;The basic class emphasizes the teaching content of the technology module,and the higher class is the teaching content of the technology and the creation module.3.Compared with before,the initial Kungfu Shan's teaching experimental teaching content,experimental base class waistline after body shape index,grip strength and balance in succession,crook proneness physical quality index has increased significantly,and the grip strength and balance ability of ascension is particularly significant;The physical function indexes such as the grip strength,the anterior flexion of the seat body and the lung capacity were obviously improved,and the increase of grip strength and lung capacity was particularly significant.4.Compared with before,adopting the preliminary Kungfu Shan's teaching experimental teaching content,after experiment,the students from elementary class,they are tension,fatigue,depression,energy,and the indicators related to self-mood have improved significantly,at the same time,the interest has also significantly improved.However,the state of mind and interest of the students in the advanced class have changed little.
