Since the policy by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on strengthening youth sports and teenagers' health was carried out in 2007,The issues of teenagers' health has been taken more seriously.As the schools undertake the responsibilities of students' physical health,to improve the qualities of PE teachers in middle school namely,to increase the teaching practice and explore their teaching mode in middle and high schools has been timetabled.This paper through the present situation of research of Shanghai middle school Physical Education teachers training,analyze the factors influencing teachers' participation in the municipal,district training and satisfaction.Xuhui District starts the teacher's training project of the intercollegiate linkage on the basis.This paper takes the intercollegiate training pattern on physical education teachers in Xuhui district middle school as the research object.It adopts mainly the literature material,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics as its research method.The paper explores the basic situation of PE teachers' professional skills and their needs for development in Xuhui district middle school,puts forward appropriate intercollegiate linkage training plans and analyses the operation mechanism of various schemes.Also it concludes the training content,considers the pertinence,applicability and advantages and disadvantages of the plan,and proposes the development strategy of intercollegiate joint training.The results of the research as follow:1.Teacher training in Shanghai cannot satisfy the individual development of teachers.Teachers think that the most needed training content is the concept and development trend of curriculum reform.The most popular form of training is to observe the prominent teachers' teaching and listen to experts' lectures and reports.2.The ratio of male and female teachers participating in inter-school linkage training in Xuhui District is reasonable,which is in line with the teaching needs of Physical Education and Fitness Courses in middle schools.The teachers are mainly young and middle-aged;their professional level is fairly good;their attitude towards training is quite positive,and their awareness of the importance of training is pretty high.3.Inter-school linkage in adjacent areas,the integration of inter-school linkages in junior and senior high schools,and inter-school linkages of teaching trainees are three effective forms of teacher training.The content and form of training are conducive to the promotion of teacher professional development.4.Middle and high school PE teachers are highly satisfied with the effect of inter-school linkage training.Inter-school linkage training is helpful for the integration of inter-school resources,and achieves quality resources sharing.It is beneficial to strengthen the cooperation and communication among teachers,and promotes the balanced development of teachers.It is also an effective way for teachers to grow professionally.5.In order to promote the inter-school linkage training,the education department must formulate relevant incentive policies for the school.The Teachers Training Institute should give professional lead and guidance to the inter-school linkage training,establish a normalized guarantee mechanism for inter-school linkage training for the school,strengthen innovation consciousness,and also provide strong support for the schools' profound development and the teachers' comprehensive and individual development.
