In recent years, teachers' teaching ability development problem has become the education scholars and first teachers are concerned hot and focus, with the development of times and of the reform of the basic education. From the current research about teachers' teaching ability, past research mainly adopts literature analysis or research, though it's not many scholars study and discuss the teachers' teaching abilities development regularity and its influence factors and how to develop the teaching ability and results much performance is divided through the method of qualitative and quantitative methods, and results much performance is teacher development stages and the characteristics of each stage , and the teacher training requirements, but no specific to the general rule of teachers' teaching abilities and the development trend. Therefore, the article is mainly for teaching ability development curve of the middle school teachers, reveal the middle school teachers' teaching ability development, explores the general rule of middle school teachers' teaching ability to influence the development of factors, and seeking teachers training enlightenment.First, the article expounds the background status and achievements, and puts forward the ideas and research methods in the basis of clearing the important concept of teaching ability, teaching ability development and the structure of the teaching ability.Second, investigation and study the middle school teachers' teaching ability development level. We are trying to map out the general teaching ability development route of middle school teacher, and different teachers' teaching ability development curve, marking off the teaching abilities development stage of middle school teachers, revealing the general law of teaching ability development of middle school teachers, by questionnaire respectively in Nanchang city sampling nearly 10 middle school, sample are mainly for 10 years teachers, to understand the teaching abilities is how the teachers' teaching ability develops.Third, on this basis of above, also by questionnaire investigation and study the affecting factors of teaching ability development of middle school teachers, total of questionnaires, 283,and exchange with teachers, and understand the different development stages in the teaching ability of what are the major factors teachers affecting its development; At the same time, use of Spss17.0 obtained data were used to process the calculation method of the weighted average to influence the development of teachers' teaching abilities factors for sorting, thereby obtain in different stage of development of teachers' teaching abilities what major factor.Fourth, we draw some after-employment training to the enlightenment based on teachers' teaching abilities development level and its influencing factors analysis of the investigation.
