Research On The Technology Innovation Model Of Zhuzhou Metallurgical Group

Zhuzhou Smelter Croup Corporation has been the leading producer of domestic zinc and lead industry for both production scale and smelting technology. However, Zhuzhou Smelter is ajusting its business strategy in the recent years as its dominant position is impacted by the effect of external and internal alteration. And technology innovation is one of the most important part of this business strategy. So in this paper, which kind of technology innovation patterns should we use under the current business strategy of Zhuzhou Smelter and how to build an ideal technology innovation system to ensure the implementation of these innovation patterns are discussed.This paper first narrates the significance and purpose of this paper, then retrospects and reviews relative technological innovations and technological innovation patterns.Next, the paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Zhuzhou Smelter and its existing technological innovation pattern, i.e. singular independent innovation pattern, and analyzes problems to the existing innovation system.Thirdly, the paper states the core thought of choosing Zhuzhou Smelter's technological innovation patterns, and ascertained the technological innovation patterns in line with Zhuzhou Smelter's business strategy, which is the compound of independent innovation, cooperative innovation and simulating innovation.Finally, the paper gives advices to availably put these technological patterns into effect.
