Design And Implementation Of Lean Production Plan For Zhuda Feed Company

Lean production is the most suitable production organization and management method for a modern manufacturing enterprise, is recognized as one of the best production mode and organization system in current industry, has been widely used in all industries in the global scope. It represents the development direction of today's manufacturing industry and is praised as the standards of production mode in the21st century manufacturing industry.This paper briefly describes the formation of lean production, study of domestic and international, application status, and the main content systems and fundamental feature of production mode of systems. Starting from the production system, combined with the production management characteristics of feed processing enterprise, taking Zhu Da feed company as a case study, the main problems existing in the company's production system are analyzed. Aspects from process optimization, plan management, site management and equipment TPM management, targeted to develop the company's lean manufacturing program, including design, implementation, evaluation and guarantee.
