Total remuneration control is an important tool and means to implement the Jia Xi Corporation's strategic objectives.Reasonable remuneration allocation can effectively optimize the efficiency of the inputs of the labor cost and can improve the effect of incentive.Therefore, the legitimacy of Jia Xi Corporation's pay is a prerequisite?it should actively make use of the positive incentive of compensation management on firm performance, and pay attention to enhance the human resource management, and strengthen and control the total remuneration.Jia Xi Group Corporation is a large enterprise group, it has six wholly-owned subsidiaries.The Total Remuneration of Group s involved in two key points:first, How to make the model of allocation of the total remuneration combined with enterprise strategy, to guide the enterprises to achieve the strategic objectives; second, breaking the direct relationship between the model of allocation of the total remuneration and the number of employees, to encourage the enterprises to enhance their staff quality, and enhance operational efficiency.Since Jia Xi Corporation implemented the total wages budget management, Jia Xi Corporation has continued to explore the science and rationality of the allocation of total wages.
