As an important carrier of building an innovative city,High-tech Industrial Development Zone maximize turn the science and technology into productivity, and become the most important driving force of regional economic development. In the ever-changing construction and development process of high-tech zones, the efficient allocation of land resources have a significant impact on its economy, social development, whether the scientific and rational allocation of land resources related to the output efficiency of high-tech zone.At present, there's phenomenon of irrational use of land for a considerable number of high-tech zones which failed to realize the full potential of the land.To solve this problem, many scholars evaluated its land use, however, rarely considers the difference between high-tech zones and other industrial areas. While Land factor take part in activities into process,it will promote regional innovation. Therefore,we need to add land innovation potential into the land-use evaluation system,so that we can improve land utilization level and guide to innovative urban construction. Finally give suggestions on improving land utilization performance of Wuhan Donghu High-tech Development Zone. This study adopted the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The main conclusions are as follow:(1)Wuhan Donghu High-tech Development Zone experienced by the land-use performance "lower performance-good performance" around the expansion.(2)Thanks to the rapid development of science and technology, obstacles degree of innovative potential of land in Donghu High-tech Development Zone declining year by year, but at the same status, there's still room for land us efficiency to improve.(3)The impact of land the use of performance at all levels should be coordinated and balanced development.
