Project-based supply chain is composed of project-based organization with different core competencies.There is an inevitable knowledge interaction between project-based organizations in the process of delivering the project.The interaction of knowledge between different project-based organizations formed a cross-organizational knowledge flow in project-based supply chain.This paper analyzes of the function mode of knowledge flow of the project value added,and shows the flow of knowledge driven project of value-added process,builds a project-based supply chain across organizational knowledge flow and project coordination decision model of value-added,and to carry on the simulation,in order to project-based organization implementation projects to provide theoretical guidance and decision-making to the value-added.The main research work includes:Firstly,this paper summarizes the research elements in mechanism.According to the research status at home and abroad,this part introduces the scope and definition of the project-based organization,project-based supply chain,across organizational knowledge flow and project value added.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between the elements of the mechanism.The system analyzes the project-based supply chain cross-organization rules and characteristics of knowledge flows,combining with the characteristics of construction engineering project and based on the knowledge of the work breakdown structure breakdown structure as the foundation,to speed up the flow of knowledge synergy and decided to stakeholder goal-based knowledge life cycle as the core,determine the key factors influencing the effect mechanism is the synergy of knowledge flow and workflow and "knowledge life cycle".Again,this paper simulates the key factors in building the corresponding coordination and decision-making mechanism.Main biochemical reaction equations based on knowledge as the basis of mechanism of influencing factors,to simulate the incomplete information dynamic game between project stakeholders,and it is concluded that all stakeholders choose "together" and "cycle" strategy,to improve the total income,promote the project value added.Finally,this paper builds the mechanism of knowledge flow model,and verifies the feasibility of the model.Through the result of the decision model,this paper tries to achieve project value added for the purpose of project-based supply chain cross-organization knowledge flow model.At the same time,in order to verify the feasibility of the model of knowledge flow theory.this part uses the CPN TOOLs to simulate the knowledge flow model.Generally speaking,in the aspect of theory induction:(1)this paper argues that the essence of the project-based supply chain across organizational knowledge flow is cooperative innovation.It is the organization of supply chain management and project knowledge management which combined with surrounding tissue that produces in the process and operation,and through the choice of knowledge within the organization,knowledge acquisition,knowledge accumulation and knowledge application,knowledge transformation,knowledge integration and division(that is,knowledge innovation),and a series of the evolution of the life cycle of knowledge,ultimately form knowledge economization in the theory of the knowledge economy(i.e.the project value);(2)according to the characteristics of the construction project,this paper argues that the construction of the project system value-added path can be simplified to a disorderly to orderly construction engineering project construction project,the process of the system is the core content of the participation main body produced by nonlinear interaction of synergy or coherence effect.(3)this paper also made a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the collaborative including innovative,informative,complementarity,organization and evolution in the process of collaborative knowledge.In the aspect of model building:(1)this paper constructs a project cycle for constructed dimension based on the research of knowledge flow and workflow process which is built by knowledge dimension hierarchy and knowledge organization dimension 3D knowledge decomposition structure system;(2)in the aspect of knowledge collaboration process,this paper constructed the knowledge collaborative model which based on the decision-making,forming,operation and termination stage;(3)at the same time,this paper explores the knowledge of project-based supply chain life cycle mechanism.And it find that knowledge is the process of cooperative innovation in project-based supply chain knowledge across the organization to the acquisition,selection,application process;(4)this paper will simulate the knowledge and list the knowledge of biochemical reaction equations to research the knowledge in the process of project value mechanism,(5)according to the characteristics of the construction project,knowledge of the biochemical reaction equations is constructed between the project leader and project participants in the incomplete information dynamic game model which for search the optimal strategy between stakeholders;(6)according to the result of game model,this part constructed the project-based supply chain across organizational knowledge flow collaborative innovation model;(7)in order to verify the feasibility of the model of knowledge flow theory,this part uses the CPN TOOLs to simulate the knowledge flow model.
