Tea is one of the world's three largest beverages,contains the nutrient components easy to human health.China is the earliest planting and drinking tea country,but also in today's world tea planting area and yield the largest countries,tea has an important role in the development of agricultural economy,promote the farmers income,agricultural product export.In this paper,through the analysis of the present situation Chinese tea quality safety,put forward from tea plantation to the end consumer COFCO tea industry chain.As one of the 28 categories of food quality and safety issues,tea is the main product of pesticide residues,heavy metal residues,microorganisms,foreign bodies,the source of production of the 2 major issue in tea,processing after 2 questions mainly produced in tea.In order to ensure the quality and safety of tea products,at the strategic level,COFCO tea from the whole industry chain of control logic,at the technical level through the base management system,traceability system,test system 6 system measures,in the management in the face of quality index of 12 stage supply chain setting,comprehensive response to the tea quality safety risk,risk control ability and the management level of food safety,to ensure the quality and safety,nutrition and health tea products.Based on the product safety as the goal introduced COFCO“ seadyke red” R & D innovation cases.
