Study On The Evaluation Of Human Settlements In The Medium Sized Cities

Human settlement is a surface space closely related to human survival,which is also the material basis,production material and labor object of human survival and development.But with the rapid growth of population,the human living environment is deteriorating.The human society is facing the common ecological crises,how to create a safe and harmonious living environment,has become the focus of attention of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.In each country people is more and more for the living environment quality evaluation and satisfaction survey research,however,most of these studies take big cities as an example,the study on the evaluation of medium sized cities is relatively few.At the same time,the construction of the infrastructure and the educational technology level of the secondary cities have a big gap with the big cities.Therefore,in big cities as a template to build the living environment evaluation index system,for medium sized cities are not fully applicable.Large number of medium cities,in China's urban structure occupies an important position,in the process of urban development,but also play a more and more important role.The unique characteristics of the medium sized cities,it can better contact with the economic links between cities and rural areas.Compared with big cities,medium cities can better adapt to the implementation of various social reform policy,and create a pleasant and harmonious urban living environment of lower cost,more conducive to the development of population,natural and social diversification.Therefore,the medium sized city in Liaoning Province,Huludao city as an example,combined with the actual situation of Huludao city and the characteristics of medium sized cities,by using the method of questionnaire survey,principal component analysis and model analysis,formulate evaluation system research framework developed for medium city,and the city residents of Huludao were investigated to analyze the degree of satisfaction with the living environment,evaluated from two aspects of the sequence of time and space of Huludao city environmental quality development,according to the research results,it can be known that the construction of different indicators in ten years is different,and the satisfaction of the evaluation system in the same area is also different.,analyzed the causes of the existing problems,combined with the development of Huludao,propose the optimization strategy of strong operation relatively reasonable,but also can provide some suggestions for the construction of human settlements in other medium city.
