Study On The Interactive Relationship Between The Urbanization And Industrial Structure In Liaoning Province

As the convoking of "the fifth plenary session of 18th CPC Central Committee" and the suggestions were put forward for making "the thirteenth five-year plan outline of China national economic and social development "In October 2015,they present many aims,for example,"Gross Domestic Product and urban-rural per capita income will be once more than 2010's by 2020","Poverty-stricken prefectures will get rid of the poverty","The intensity of structural reforms will be increased","The ecological environment quality will be improve".They also put forward many concepts such as "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing".Urbanization has entered a new period of all-round development in China.We can know from the historical development experience,the adjustment of industrial structure owes to the development of urbanization,and also it is the primary cause of the development of urbanization.Therefore,what is the relationship and how they have a harmonious and unified development,it will become the fundamental argument of this essay.After the reform and opening up in 1978,the evolution of urbanization and industrial structure in Liaoning province have been greatly developed in a same speed.From the point the development trend,they promote each other.According to data,at the end of 2013,the Liaoning province urbanization rate reached 65.5%,ranking second in the provinces throughout the country.From 1978 to 2013,the first industry accounted for the proportion of GDP had been falling by 14.1%to 8.6%.The secondary industry accounts for the proportion of GDP fell from 71.1 to 52.7%.The third industry accounts for the proportion of GDP had been rising from 14.8%to 38.1%.Nowadays,the basic pattern of three coordinated development of industry in Liaoning province has had a preliminary formed.This essay based on the evaluation and interaction of the present situation of urbanization and industrial structure in Liaoning province and also it explores the reason of both interaction change according to the present situation of the industrial structure and urbanization development in Liaoning province,based on the change trend of 30 years.This essay selects three indexes and they are the urbanization rate,proportion of three industries and employment proportion of three industries.Selected data is from 1979-2014 in "Liaoning province statistical yearbook".It checks the stationarity of three groups of time series,establishes the VAR model to help the test.And through the Granger causality test,it analyzes the long-term equilibrium relationship between industrial structure and urbanization.Through the pulse diagram and analyzes the both short-term changes situation.This article provides a suggestion for the future common development of the urbanization and industrial structure in Liaoning province.I hope it will provide the direction and basis for the upgrading of industrial structure and the comprehensive development of urbanization in Liaoning province.
