The Water Security Problem In Rural Areas Of Chao Yang

Water security is the premise of survival,the urban construction,social stability,especially in rural economic development,rich products,people and the environment of harmony is the most basic factors,so the stand or fall of water security can seriously affect the process of rural development.This paper summarizes the new rural construction under the background of the development of chaoyang,and further study of the natural condition and social development in chaoyang.Using data analysis,mapping the contrast in chaoyang water resources per capita is little,renewable water utilization rate is low.By establishing the model of water shortage index,determine the membership degree,the application of entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to obtain the comprehensive weight,the weight applied to water shortage index model,calculated the water security in rural areas in chaoyang.Through WPI index comprehensive evaluation of water security in rural areas in chaoyang,respectively from,ways and utilization of resources,capabilities,and environment of five factors,it is concluded that water security in rural areas in chaoyang overall state transition toward the safety degree,but there are still a rebound.Through the study of the analysis and evaluation of each factor at the same time,can learn about the water consumption per capita in eight years haven't changed much,need to further improve the efficiency of water saving and water saving consciousness.Similarly,agricultural fertiliser use improved year by year also constitute the influence to water bank group,takes scientific technology to scientific fertilization.WPI index in chaoyang city rural application can clearly reflect the specific characteristics of regional water security threat factors,based on the condition of water security classification,can determine the level of regional water security,to provide evidence for water security early warning mechanism.Through in this paper,the new rural construction in chaoyang city water environmental problems in the comprehensive research and analysis,proposed the present stage mainly in chaoyang water security problems,and puts forward the measures,the new rural construction in chaoyang and improve water environment in chaoyang problems have certain reference and reference value.
