This is the age of the Internet,information technology is changing people's lives,electronic commerce is a strategic global trade means,by virtue of market globalization,resource intensive,low cost,continuous trading,the advantages of the personalized service,caused the change of traditional trade measures,are deep into the fields.Anhui is a big agricultural province,the use of agricultural e-commerce cross domain of time and space limit,reduce risk of agriculture weak quality and convenient way to trade of agricultural products,increase product sales channels,expanding sales of agricultural products,promote the communication between each region,to strengthen the core competitiveness of agricultural products,increasing farmers' income,to speed up the agricultural development,injected fresh energy to the agricultural development in Anhui province.At first,this paper using PEST analysis method to the Anhui province agricultural product electronic commerce development environment analysis,showing the current opportunity of developing agricultural e-commerce in Anhui province and restricting factors,in general,the Anhui province agricultural product electronic commerce has the good political,economic,social,technical the four external environment.Combined with the author of each city in Anhui province farmers Internet usage questionnaire survey,and the good momentum of development in China agricultural products e-commerce-"three squirrel" typical case analysis,from the angles of farmers and enterprises to analyze the current situation of the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui province,and summarizes the problems need to be solved in future development,finally from the government,enterprises and individual farmers these three angles to the Anhui province agricultural electronic commerce development to provide experience for reference in the future.This paper mainly includes six parts: first,the introduction,including the research background and significance,the research methods,research and innovation,and the difficulty of the content,the status of research both at home and abroad.Second,the summary of agricultural e-commerce,mainly including "agricultural e-commerce" related content defined as well as the theoretical basis of this article;Three,based on PEST analysis of Anhui agricultural e-commerce development environment,from the political,economic,social,technology,these four aspects to analyze the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui province and unfavorable factors;Four,the Anhui province farmers Internet use situation investigation and study,respondents for farmers in Anhui province,contains the Internet behavior survey,Internet survey,personal online habits survey these three modules,designed to understand Internet farmers in Anhui province agriculture consciousness;Five,"three squirrels" case analysis,the three little squirrels electronic commerce co.,LTD.,is a more successful case of the Anhui province agricultural product electronic commerce development,analyze its marketing method to provide reference for other enterprises;Six,the Anhui province agricultural electronic commerce development problem and countermeasure analysis,combining with the external environment of agricultural e-commerce development,also from the political,economic,social,technical analysis of existing problems of these four aspects,and for the government,enterprises and individual farmers to provide the countermeasures and Suggestions.
