Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Agricultural Produce Electronic Commerce In Gansu Province

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,e-commerce has provided people with convenience in production and living,and also has offered a good opportunity for the development of some traditional industries.It is rich in all kinds of high quality agricultural products in Gansu province because of its unique geographical conditions.In addition,the traditional way of production and marketing of agricultural products has been changed by e-commerce.E-commerce has now become a new growth pole of rural economy and thus leading to be highly supported and praised by government,enterprises and people.In this paper,by studying of the development status of e-commerce of agricultural produce in Gansu province,taking characteristic agricultural products of Longnan City in Gansu province and the industry of the LiLum davidi var unicdor cotton as an example,we analyzed and studied the status and problems in the development of agricultural produce e-commerce.The results indicated that there are unique advantages for developing agricultural produce e-commerce in Gansu province.Firstly,it has the complete infrastructure,good policy environment and a solid mass foundation.Then,the agricultural produce e-commerce has a rapid development speed,huge potential and perfect prospects.However,there are problems such as low popularity,poor market effect,small scale and shortage of professional talents.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the development of farm produce e-commerce in Gansu province,we proposed the rationalization proposal,i.e.,to promote products reputation by putting in great efforts for products publicize promotion and cooperation with industry giants,to improve the economic efficiency of products by standardizing production and marketing standards and improving the logistics supporting facilities,to gradually solve the talent gap by adopting a directed commitment approach while maintaining the existing infrastructure.
