How to evaluate rural minimum living security (RMLS) system of performance-focus, drawing on preliminary research results and researchers around the government's practice of guidance documents. According to both the group performance evaluation index system which was constructed of RMLS, multi-kinds of evaluation methods were compared. Using data gotten from research group of our own, evaluated the five counties in Hubei Province, the actual operational performance of RMLS. In order to verify the results from the different methods of the evaluation used, the article also run DEA method, make sure that the performance of these regions was quantified evaluation.
