With the development of science and technology and people life rhythm accelerate,many large engineering projects related to the uncertainty factors grow with each passing day,led to the loss of scale is unpredictable,which prompted researchers and practical management must be based on theory and practice of large engineering project risk management emphasis.Modern large projects needs to strengthen the risk management,this is mainly due to the following aspects:firstly,the unceasing improvement of risk management method and its successful application in western industrial nations,attracted many departments for their project risk management.Secondly,risk management,breaking the previous insurance as the only method of handling the risk of single,various means of risk control and comprehensive utilization,which causes the risk management method in the project is becoming more and more popular.Therefore,the project team should not depend entirely on the insurance settlement risk problem,must execute their own internal risk management.Finally,the risk management is the internal requirement of the project group.Due to the rapid development of science and technology,science and technology in the social production of all aspects of the application,thus each kind of risk factors and the possibility of risk is greatly increased,and the expansion of the risk of the losses caused by the incident,which for all project team the burden of responsibility put forward higher request,make risk management more popular.This paper first discusses the engineering risk related background,to the domestic and foreign engineering risk status of deep analysis,this paper is based on the modern risk management theory,puts forward the general risk analysis model,the model considers the risk decision maker's attitude towards risk factors influencing this;for Yao River Huangshi agricultural Housing transformation cluster construction project how to choose the most suitable for the company's project bidding problem,based on the project bidding process involved in the various risk analysis,using GAHP,the application of an improved two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,establishes many project preferred bid analysis model,and the use of various indexes of different weights calculation of project total priority,which can be more accurately,objectively that the most suitable for the enterprise bidding project.On Yao River Huangshi agricultural Housing transformation cluster construction engineering project risk management process of safeguard measures,this paper from the six aspects of the analysis summarized,put forward to optimize the train of thought,implement the optimization process.To design a set of complete and pertinent engineering project risk management system optimization process.
