Improve the competitiveness of enterprises,the enterprise's strategic objectives,business managers can not do without the ability to execute strategy.Middle management is the bridge of communication between senior leaders and grass-roots workers,both policy makers and performers,plays the crucial role of connecting link between the enterprise development.Therefore,how to evaluate the competence of corporate middle managers,the selection of good managers as important positions,not only conducive to human resource management guide for the stable development of enterprises is also of great significance.This article summarizes in the domestic and foreign correlation literature foundation in the induction,proposed the social capital is competent the strength to the enterprise intermediate deck superintendent the influence mechanism.Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods for middle-level manager in the social capital influence factor analysis of the importance of competency,reliability analysis,factor analysis and correlation analysis,the establishment of a middle-level managers of enterprises based on the perspective of social capital competency model.Finally a case study of virtual enterprise,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for building the model were evaluated.By studying the impact of corporate middle managers found that competence of social capital factors include seven network of relationships:the network of relationships between middle-level managers and senior leadership,the network of relationships between intermediate deck superintendent and staff,the network of relationships between intermediate deck superintendent and other department superintendent,the network of relationships between intermediate deck superintendent and partner,the network of relationships between intermediate deck superintendent and competition enterprise,the network of relationships between intermediate deck superintendent and financial organ,intermediate deck superintendent individual social relations network.
