In the context of economic globalization, the globalization of the progressive realization of the land market. To protect our food security, our country agriculture, "going out" under the national strategy introduced overseas farmland land investment, the regional distribution of investment in other regions in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa and other world, private enterprises, state enterprises and individual investors through lease formula trading access to land, and the development of agriculture in the fertile land of the host country. In our existing overseas farmland investment, a total of 145 projects, contract size of 5,006,288 hectares, accounting for 8.6% of the world arable land overseas investment scale. Chinese private enterprises have become the main force of overseas farmland land investment activities, the number reached 88 investment projects, investment of over state-owned enterprises reached 3.16 million hectares.Science-based, systematic, operability, level, comprehensive principle, this paper selects the index of agricultural resources, three-level indicators of investment climate indicators and political environment for economic development indicators and 24 secondary indicators were studied, Construction of the host country and investment potential assessment model for comprehensive evaluation of 35 countries. Through the inner link Chinese enterprises to invest in the case of host country investment potential between the coupled model validation studies have shown the potential of the current Chinese enterprises to invest overseas farmland investment activities with the host country there is a coupling effect, and most of the run-in and coupling is antagonistic. This conclusion indicating a higher degree of coupling Chinese corporate investment activities and investment potential between the host country, by conducting overseas farmland investment activities, both capable of forming a win-win cooperation investment cycle.
