Research On The Land Use About Construction Of Tangshan Bay Eco City Planning

I started the research of Tangshan Bay eco-city planning and construction program,in the context of promoting eco-city construction in Hebei province,creating an ecological,livable,sustainable developing modern town,achieving its aim of “eco-city,port city,coastal city,model city,international city and the Bohai Sea center city”,playing an exemplary role in the eco-city,guiding the sustainable development of eco-city,turning the city from the external production relying on natural resources into internal production relying on the development of human intelligence,reducing consumption of natural resources,and placing the growth of non-material wealth on the main growth point of economy.I gained the general methods and points of eco-city planning and construction by researching various theories of eco-city planning and construction and analyzing nine well-known examples of eco-city planning and construction.Directing at the subject of this paper--Tangshan Bay,I analyzed in depth the actual situation of its society,economy,demography,environment,geography,climate,hydrology based on these methods and points,in order to protect and improve natural environment quality of Tangshan Bay and build healthy outdoor and indoor environment;to attract commercial activities and tourists from all over the world and create an attractive city;to achieve three goals,including efficient use of land and rational construction of spatial layout,etc and build a management system of eco-city planning and construction containing 46 indicators and implement concretely 12 areas of land use and functional layout,ecological space layout,underground space utilization,the development of green industries,green transportation systems,social service facilities,landscape style,water environment systems,urban resources recycling,comprehensive prevention from disaster,green building construction and construction guide,recent construction,etc;to ensure the implementation of the planning and construction by the above 7 key principles.The above 46 indicators,12 areas and 7 principles constitute the research finding of Tangshan Bay eco-city planning and construction.
